Stunning starlet Lilia Kopylova, fresh from her Strictly Come Dancing victory with Darren Gough in 2005, presents a workout that fuses the passion and rhythm of Latin American dance with a state of the art fitness programme, set for DVD release by Universal on 26th December 2006.

Latinasize is the perfect purchase for the Christmas season. You can work off that turkey and shed those Christmas pounds with a cornucopia of stylish Latin dance steps - and you won't even notice you're exercising! Lilia certainly knows how to work her magic on the dance floor, and always gets fantastic results - who can forget the mesmerising transformation of her TV dancing partners Darren Gough and Aled Jones?

Both men excelled on the dance floor under Lilia's tutelage during Strictly and in fact Darren Gough commented that the weight fell off him. He lost a least a stone and a half over the course of the series. Both stars toned up and shed their excess pounds - and now you can too! Russian born Lilia Kopylova and her British husband Darren Bennett have been dancing together since 1997, and have won numerous awards and accolades in the dancing world and Latinasize includes a really special treat when the partners perform dance together.

Latinasize is sectioned into 5 different workouts that are simple and effective, but also dynamic and invigorating - Red Hot Warm Up, Simply Salsa, Cha Cha Burn, Rumba Tone, Sambasize, Jump 'n' Jive and the Ultra Cool Cool Down. Each section targets a different body zone and promises a wonderful workout, as well as a lesson in the extraordinary art of Latin dance
