Hi
AQA = Any Question Answered (I think)
I am in the throws of setting up a part time (initially) business with my brother in law - doing plastering. We did a course last year and hey presto, we are going through the process of setting ourselves up for mainly weekend work as we both work for a large PLC in the week.0 -

I have been doing some "babysitting" for someone local with a disabled son. I just give them a break a couple of hours a week to go out and unwind. I get £10 an hour for basically watching tv.Although I do have experience with this client group ,and full police clearance through my job.
I have been told there is quite a demand for this type of service from full time carers who need a break now and again, without resorting to being tied down to a regular care plan.
Might be worth considering.

I am with grassroots some of the jobs are long winded but all the £10s add up. I also do questionaires sometimes with indiefield, if you live in london or manchester area there is a large amount of work from these. Pigsback, test and vote, retail eyes and nursing agency. but still looking for other ideas. Tried car boot but was to soft and practically gave every thing away!DFW NERD 276: Proud to be dealing with my debts.Champagne taste and lemonade money!!!

I have taken on a second a job at Tesco (started as a xmas temp ans now been offered more work)
Computer repairs/Installing Broadband for Technophobes in there home
I also plan on learning about the match betting thing this year and of course I am signed up to Rpoints.
Just thought of another thing... I have started to use a voip phone for more phone calls and also have actively been using saynoto0870.com to save on them.
I worked out that why I have been trying to get onto a repayment plan with my creditors I have spend a small fortune on phone bills. (Mortgage company cost me £1.20 for what seemed like a 20 minute call.... It all adds up!Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 297 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts

Heres some I have done now and over the years.
NOW - ebay is probably my biggest 2nd income earner, I also list for friends and take a % I am a keen photographer and get to photograph weddings occasionally.
In the past I worked for a catering agency. I used to sell burgers at football matches, festivals or special events, or help wash up in hotels/cafes. It was good because you just worked when you wanted to and werent obliged to do any shifts they offerred you. Could work 2 hours or 60 hours a week. The money wasnt great, but certainly came in helpful at the time and I felt like my own boss picking and choosing work. Soemtimes got to cover good events that allowed me free entry, such as premiership football matches. Would earn £15 selling burgers while watching the match for free(no one buys them during the match so only worked half hour before or after!) That was 6 years ago (when Leeds were in the premiership) probably pays more now.0
