    Yeah Beanie-his idea of penniless is different to mine too!
    He is seriously worried,as we have to live off his pension till we die...and we aren't that old...he's calmed down somewhat now-thank god!

    I am back from working 3 days at a food and drink festival at a cider stand. I managed to cover my lack of enthusiasm for cider by saying to people 'Try this. It's my favourite' for which the translation is 'I can't stand the rest but this one is bearable'.:beer:

    The whole site was infested with wasps which were quite disconcerting as they bounced off you when you were serving. Got stung twice on the last day, once on my left ring finger as I moved a bottle. It swelled up like a sausage and bloody well hurt. Such a blessing I'm not married!

    Some cider is awful, but I'm surprised you couldn't find any you liked.

    I couldn't be done with that. I don't like wasps, but we have an understanding. I kill them and they die...
