I had my order cancelled but noticed this morning that the blue trunki was back in stock, gave mothercare a call and after some surprise at the price they reinstated my order. So 2 trunki's for £21.28 delivered :j

I thought it would only be fair to post on here how great Mothercare have been with this. I had a pink and a blue trunki delivered from this and when I looked the blue trunki only had one handle instead of two (but to be honest is still perfectly usable). We contacted Mothercare and let them know what had happened, they couldnt apologise enough and have despatched another blue trunki on next day delivery, telling me to keep the other one at no extra cost! I am very impressed :T:T:T

    Thank you all!
Not sure if it will be honoured but I've just ordered 2 trunk's and another item for £13 and the total was £46.00!
Not sure how as none of the discount codes worked that I tried. Maybe I had one in there already!?
    Thanks OP and everyone else.

You did really well to get a replacement although the new one may only have one handle too, the older style ones did only have one handle, you can see if you check the picture on the website :T
