    The baked seitan loaf is
    1/2 cup canned white beans
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 & 1/4 cups stock
2 cups vital wheat gluten flour
    1/3 cup nutritional yeast
    2 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    pre heat oven to 180
in a processor or blender combine the beans, soy sauce, oil and stock and blend till smooth
in a bowl mix flour , yeast, onion powder, garlic powder and salt.
stir the wet ingredients into the dry and mix to a soft dough
knead for 3 minutes then shape into an oval
put the oval seitan on an oiled sheet of foil and cover it completely
put it in a 10" baking pan and add an inch of water
cover the whole pan with foil and bake until firm about 1 hr 45 mins

I havent tried this on but it sounds nice
