How much have/will you spend today Tuesday 2/1?

Good afternoon lovely DFWs :)

Another lazy start for me - last one before I get back to work tomorrow :( I really have enjoyed the extra sleep over the last few days :D

I have two mystery shopping assignments today soI will be going into town this afternoon. I don't need anything but would love to have a coffee out with my OH and perhaps go to the pictures as we have not been in ages. We'll see how that goes and report back expenditure ;)

Have a lovely day everyone and keep it low! Remember, we want to do well in the first weekly challenge for 2007!

Moozie x

Happy New Year Moozie! hope you enjoy your trip to the cinema - I would recommend Casino Royale if you've not seen it yet!!

Unfortunately, I'm already back at work, and will need to get some groceries as I only have lard and mayonnaise in the fridge. Will be heading to Lidl and am hoping to keep the week's food spend well under £20.

Note to self - you're not allowed to buy alcohol!

    Hi Moozie,

It's going to be another nsd day for me. That's three days in a row now!:j

I'm hoping for a ns week, here's hoping. Anything left over from my £30 budget, will go straight into my savings account.

    Lets keep it low!!

I have spent £6.26 out of my grocery budget but nothing out of my "extras" challenge, and hope to keep it that way.

Would have preferred not to have gone shopping but needed cat food and milk so couldn't put it off much longer!

I agree, i went to this the other night and thought it was fab.

    Today as yet i've spent:

Trousers and Top in the River Island sale - £23.00
    Bus - £1.00
    Cigarettes - £4.30
    Snacks - £1.27
    Lunch - £1.65

    Total = £31.22

If the total differs, i shall update at the end of the day.

Im hoping for another no spend day today - part of my new year resolutions is to meal plan, and tomorrow was going to be stew, but ive changed it now to a caserole, as i dont have any carrots, and if i go to get carrots, i will prob pick up other things, so if i can stay out of the shop, i wont be spending!!!!!

Please excuse my ignorance catowen but what is the difference between a casserole and a stew? Please don't all shoot me at once, I just chuck everything in and dinner comes out :o
