We have loads of hedgerows nearby, so I'm definitely making Blackberry jam, but I have also stocked up on these tins from Lakeland. http://www.lakeland.co.uk/15262/Prepared-Strawberries
If you scroll down the bottom, they also do an Orange version for Marmalade (thick and thin cut) and Lemon. They are so easy - you just add normal granulated sugar, and boil.
The orange one was absolutely wonderful - everyone loved it, I even made another batch with a great big slug of whisky in - I hate whisky but it made the marmalade even better.
