Hi
We have been told by our parents that when we get jobs that they will give us a lump sum of cash that they want to give us for a new mortgage to get a bigger house. This is great but i'm just wondering if we are going to be able to get a mortgage while when on a dmp. Is it worth talking to our mortgage provider to ask whether they would give us a new mortgage. At the moment only one of the creditors have defaulted us. And we've got the bank just about to do it as well. Are there any lenders out there that will give us a 90% mortgage for bad credit?
Any Help would be gratefully recieved
Sarah

We are going to be moving into a bigger house in a different area which has meant that most of our bills will stay the same. Also we need the 3rd bedroom as my daughter is getting to old to share with her baby brother. We hopefully will only be a year off clearing the debt.0
