With the number of 90% LTV's increasing apace and mortgage rates plummeting, lenders are clearly open for business.

haha

With the banks needing increased capital for a number of reasons over th enext year or two and perhaps more I suggest that the "improvement" will be slow if not there at all.

Well, you claim to be an engineer. Although the maths would suggest otherwise.

Maybe you should study this before your employer discovers your limitations. ;)

Thanks Columbo, but as you can see the minor error has already been corrected.

Bloody hell. It was an error. It has been conceeded without even a hesitation. It's been put right.

Yet you are still excited about said error...even the next day.

What gives?

geneer: "Look, I know the bridge is supposed to be 100ft long but 50ft is better than nothing surely?"
Customer: "But that just drops everyone in the middle of the river"
geneer: "Look maths is a strong point of mine, are you sure you measured the river correctly?"
Customer: "It still finishes in the river"
geneer: "I could build a boat. How big would you want it?"
Customer: <rolls eyes>
