When do they start or have they started?

If so, which shops have started them, i am planning to go central tommorow to shop so are there any shops that have done 75% reductions?

EDIT- When are the sales finishing? i heard M&s are already getting new stock in this week but there was so much on sale so where is all of that gonna go?

Most shops that do go 70% (eg Monsoon) or have a blue cross event (further 20% off, eg Debenhams) don't usually until the second week of Jan.

I'm happy to be stood corrected here

I hear M&S are doing further reductions tomorrow so that maybe worth a look.

gap has their stuff up to 75% off already!

M&S have already done their further reductions. Anything they have loads of will get shipped out to one of the outlet stores. Most of the good stuff has already gone though it does depend on your local store.

They want the Springwear into stores and on display asap as the collections are updated more often these days.

Monsoon/ Accessorize sale usually goes on until it goes on! They keep it in the stores until it isn't feasible to have it there any longer.
