Are Costco getting stricter with their policies?

Been a Costco 2 years now. In that time I've returned
2 Vax uprights - both soap triggers failed
1 Xbox 360 - bought deliberately from Costco cause I knew it would break down:rolleyes:
1 whirlpool washing machine - wasn't drying clothes on spin properly.
Replaced the Vax's with the Bissell - works much better than the Vax but occassionaly trips the RCD
might find itself back at the returns counter if it's not careful. 0 -
i've always been under the impression that these stores had cards as it helped get round legislation like planning and opening hours ....sunday trading would be a good example now0
