Photographer

Hi,
We have just received a cd with all our wedding photographs which are lovely. Only problem is that they are in photodex format and poor pixal quality.
We had asked for a cd only and said that we would like to get an album together when we returned to Finland (where we live at the moment). Therefore, the photographer knew that we would not get the album from her but now we feel like we have to as we cannot access the photos and even if we could, they are poor quality.

Can we ask her to give us the original photos? We have paid for her services and we are now very upset and feel cheated.

Please help!!!!!!!:(

You probably purchased the photographers time and a 'dvd slide show' the photographer will be able to sell you any high resolution images/prints you require.

yeah, we realise that now and unfortunately we didnt really have a clue.

But if we wanted to purchase the images on a cd and we have a licence to reproduce the images but she still retains the copyright how much would this be? there are 120 images.

You need to contact the photographer and bring up this, and also check your contract to see what you agreed to. Prices vary for things so I don't think anybody here will be able to help you with this one until you have contacted your photographer. Good luck/
