Lasagne

Hi I was wondering if one you beautiful people could help.

I want to make lasagne on Sunday and divide it in to 5 portions for lunch next week, I just wondered if it would keep ok or if I am risking problems if I do.

Thanks

You could freeze them and take them out the night before. ;)

If you have any other queries of that kind, I would suggest you look at "old style moneysaving" the information and advice on there is invaluable!

Other than possibly getting a little bored with what you're continually having for lunch....no, there won't be a problem

Don't keep cooked meat in the fridge longer than 3 days (including the day it is cooked. So some will need to be frozen.
Also defrost in the fridge overnight the night before (or you could take out that morning and keep out of the fridge to defrost but not quite as safe) and make sure properly bubbling through in microwave/oven when you reheat.

& I agree with the previous OP. Old Style forum has tons of stuff like this on it.
Since starting again after beanie: June 2016: Child development DVDs, Massive Attack tickets. July: Aberystwyth trip, hotmilk nightie. Aug: £10 Hipp Organic vouchers, powerpack. September: Sunglasses. October: £30 poundland vouchers.

If you can get some of those 'chinese'plastic flat boxes with lids they are excellent to freeze portions of lasagne in and you only need to get them out of the freezer as and when you want them the night before to reheat in the microwave ,simples :):)
