Hutchinson 3G default (HELP)

Hi guys, am new here, i've recently viewed my credit report with experian, i've noticed i'v got a default - satisfactory it was from Hutchinson 3g back in 2006 , it was settled, i never ever received any default notice from them, secondly my details was wrong with them , including my Address at that time, secondly my date of birth( i was born 2 days before with them' )''
I'm thinking of writing to them and ask them to remove this default from my credit profile , as from what i know first of all , they never had my correct date of birth and my address, and i never received any default noticed'' only thing i ever received from them was harrassing phone call from their debt collectors to clear my arrears, which i did'''
What should i do??? also my partner recently got refused a loan because of me having a joint account with her'''' and its all because of this default'''
And please if someone could foward me 3G Hutchinson Legal address'''

When I sorted my default with 3. I emailed the Chief Executives office. Executive.Office@three.co.ukDebt in June 2011: Debt amount £1248
