magimix accessories + washing food processor bowls

what magimix accessories do you use?

I'm just umming and arrring over ordering extra disks for magimix 4200.
it's £3.95 p+p on 1st item, and 50p for additional items. so definately better to order them all at once, if I'm going for more than 1.

I'm considering getting the double pusher.
does anyone have the Julienne disk?
how is it different to the the 2, 4 and 6 mm slicing disks?
is the parmesan/chacolate grater useful for anthing else?

also, hwo do other people washing their food processor bowls?
I've washed brand new bowls in dishwasher with liquid as per instructions in manual and they've gone a bit cloudy, that nice clear look has gone. there's enough rinse aid in the dishwasher.

thanks

    Hi Toxic Lemon
oh dear sounds like I've blown it by machine washing them. any idea if the cloudiness can be remedied?

    the double pusher:
useful for cutting small quantities, e.g you can put in one carrot vertically and get circles

New pusher in two parts with oil dribble for adding oil to salads or olive oil into mayonaise for great homemade mayonaise. (In two parts) 5150

I've got the 2 and 4 mm disks, and got a voucher to send off for the 6mm disks + cover for free. :)

I find food precessor invaluable, huge effort saver. as I have health probs I can't do many food prep tasks, such as grating, by hand any more.

so thanks and yes please to your very kind offer, as long as you are sure you definately don't need them yourself.
best wishes and Happy New Year
