I was wondering if anyone has used thomson for flights recently and who maybe also got married overseas,i am getting married in sept, leaving august and wanted to know what they was like for hand luggage.
My wife to be wants to take her dress in a box which can be carried or used as hand luggage and also i was looking at a kilt carrier, has anyone taken a wedding dress in a box recently on a thomson flight or even a kilt carrier, they guy who is selling the kilt carrier says it can be used for hand luggage and had never had any issues, and says that it fold in half,i just find that with a kilt kacket, shoes etc etc that the size of this would be too big as hand luggage but he says its fine, they are expensive so would not want to buy one to find that i will not be able to take on the flight with me as hand luggage.
Any info on the wedding box and kilt carrier would be great.
