I have an offer from Halifax. However rbs can do me a tracker that will save me £36 per month for 2 years and I don't have £1000. Product fee
and that's on interest only basis
the main thing is to have one deal in place as I have done, tbh certain borrowers are tighter on there criteria because I dealt with both rbs and halifax at branch level things seem to follow thru ok.
I originally looked at ing or first direct. However criteria strict that's me on 35 per cent ltv and everything ia done via tel/ post which I can't be bothered with0
