Are you saying that any customer who is sufficiently informed to write a correction notice is not wanted because they are insufficiently compliant?

Like I say, I can't prove it but there's anecdotal evidence and hearsay knocking around that applicants are routinely binned for having a notice of correction because it appears they may be troublesome and the application has to be done manually because the automated systems are unable to cope with the job.
