Shampoo?

How about using African black soap- cone and sulfate free. Totally natural and often made with shea butter. I buy mine on ebay and melt down with water (so natural it sometimes has gritty buits in it) so it's easier to use. It is a very soft soap and would just melt away in water. Also a little goes a long way. i also sometimes add essential oils like tea tree for flaky scalp, rosemary to stimulate growth or lavendar.Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heavenMatthew 5:30

sorry but i thought that after using conditioner-only, a few days later you do the "normal" rinse (i mean rinse the hair with shampoo), or you do the conditioner-only everytime you want to clean or rinse the hair?0
