Just finished filling out my forms and printed them all out ready for Monday. Just reading through my SOA has really put the wind up me, I cannot belive the mess I've got into. I've got 57k of debt excluding any mortgage shortfall 
I think i will need a very sympathetic OR to avoid a BRO/U. I've added almost 10 k to my debts since december, not on extravagance just making ends meet and staying afloat. In hindsight i Should have done this months ago but I've been dealing with a divorce/family break up. Moving away from my friends and family to a new town where I dont know anyone and starting a new job all at the same time, I just cannot wait for this year to be over 2011 as been nothing short of a nightmare.

Thats 59 minutes from the county court desk opening at 9:15 where I was eagerly waiting to the judge stamping the forms at 10:14. I will keep you all posted on how it goes with the OR. I presume today will be just a preliminary phone call as they said it will only take 15 minutes, so ill probably have to have another with them?0
