Cannot take out new mortgage to pay off shortfall of £8000 to bank of
Ireland, they want money by TOMORROW.
Can we get a loan against the house even if we are unemployed at the

I'm sure somebody will have some advice but I don't fully understand your situation.
What have you got a shortfall on and how did you get the shortfall? How long ago were you asked to pay the £8000?
I know very little, but I don't think you will be able to get a loan if you're unemployed.0 -
