How far can £5 duck crown stretch?

I am on a self imposed grocery challenge this month, aiming for £200 spend for all groceries, cleaning, toiletries etc. There are 3 of us, 2 adults and my 7yr old son, and all meals are made from scratch, including lunches for all of each day.
So far I am on £120, and really pleased...
Mainly meat free, but when I went in to buy DS's yoghurts in Waitrose (Ski Smooth, £2 for 2 packs), they had a Gressingham Duck crown for £5. I ummed and ahhed, and spent my money.
What I want to know is, how far can I make this stretch?
Crispy duck with pancakes is my only thought so far, and I am happy to use the freezer.
Suggestions please....

I got some reduced duck crowns in Morrisons recently, each crown did three hungry eaters for a salad dinner (new potatoes, lots of salad, hard boiled egg and coleslaw) plus a few rounds of sandwiches. I used the bones to make stock and the last bits of meat from the bones amde a nice oriental soup with noodles, chilli, ginger, sweetcorn , etc. I did add some regular veg stock to this as well as I read somewhere that duck bone stock is quite strong, the soup was especially tasty!
HTH a little... !0 -

ZipA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men
