Guys, isn't this fraud in respect of your ex partner? He's obviously taken money from your account without you giving him permission and used catalogues etc. I would get advice immediately, he should go to court.B/R ..... May 24th 2011

she got hold of them - basically i let my mother use the catalogue and she wrote the user name as pw down!! Sister then saw this and used the details to get the goods in my catalogue under my name without me knowing. any advice?0

NO iv never been bankrupt, Its just causing issues obtaining credit at a good rate - the default basically bumps up APR's etc.0
