Dress I bought last week, now in sale

Hello,

Typically, I bought a dress last weekend that was reduced by 30% but it's now, typically, it's reduced by 50%! I haven't worn it and it still has all its tags etc.

Is there anything I can do? Could I return the dress for a refund then immediately buy it back from the till? Is this really cheeky? I have checked and the store don't have any others in my size left.

I'd be grateful to hear what other have done, would do!

you were happy to pay the price before so as far as I see it you can remain happy to keep it and wear it.

If you bought it online you can return it within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. Then buy it at the reduced price.

However if you bought it instore then the retailer is under no obligation by law to take it back if it's not faulty. Some stores, like M&S for instance, will allow returns but a lot won't.

It's swings and roundabouts though isn't it? I mean if the price had gone up would you have gone back and given them a few extra quid to compensate them for their loss?

O dear , Don not bother you have purchased well because normally companies offer discounts on their low quality products or the products remaining in the stock. Thats why you were not wrong as you have checked your size is not available in the latest discount. I hope you have understood my point.
