Roxburghe debt collectors

well no further contact although it has been a weekend but still no confirmation from them debt is settled. Also contacted edf and I had an email back basically saying I couldn't have paid as Roxburghe update their (edf) records immediately (as in within an hour) and so my payment clearly hadn't gone through (she was basically implying I had lied about paying!). I emialed back attaching my email reciept (from 3 days before!) and explained that Roxburghe clearly don't update edf's records immediately. No response from edf as yet.
But you're right I should chil out over it but just annoys me that they can do whatever they like!0
