Summer Smartphone Facebook Competition

1. The competition (“Competition”) is being organised by Hutchison 3G UK Limited trading as Three, registered office: Star House, 20 Grenfell Road, Maidenhead, Berks, SL6 1EH (“Three”).

2. To be eligible for entry you must be a resident in the UK and be 18 years old or over. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving the Prize.

3. This Competition is not open to employees of Three or their families, or their agents, contractors, consultants, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition. Further, we reserve the right to disqualify any entries which it deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit of the Competition and any prize if awarded must be returned immediately.

4. The Competition will commence at 12pm on 28th July 2011 and closes at 12pm on 18 August 2011 (the “Competition Period”).

5. To qualify for entry, entrants must fill in the details required and answer correctly the multi-choice question as instructed on Three’s Facebook page (“Qualifying Entries”). Only one entry is permitted per person.


6. Prizes: There are three weekly prize draws in total. For each prize draw there will be a maximum of three winners winning either a:

• One (1) Samsung Galaxy Pro
• One (1) HTC Desire S
• One (1) HTC Sensation

7. The three Weekly Prize Winners will be drawn from the Qualifying Entries every Friday during the Competition Period (‘Prize Draw’). All Winners will be contacted via phone and/or email and/or Facebook within 24 hours of the Prize Draw. If Three has not received acknowledgment from the Winners including a correct delivery address within 48 hours of notification, the Prizes will be redrawn by the Judges.
