Confused now SOA vs CCA

Our ongoing saga with LTSB continues.
We have sent a total of three CCA requests, rec del with £1 po since february to LTSB, and Credit Security. Moorcroft recently took over the case and we wrote saying that the account was in dispute and we weren't entering into dialogue
Yesterday we reecived a letter on LTSB paper (badly scanned) and with Moorcrofts details on. It is basically tww lines outlining the balance and a £1 payment then a paragrahp saying we must pay. It is titled Statement of Account.
I am confused, we asked for a CCA not an SOA so what do we do now?
Any help appreciated
Thanks

Ignore it?
Presumably you aren't paying at the moment? If not and they are still in default of a CCA request you could just ignore them until they provide something (this was an account that was covered by the consumer credit act was it? - not an overdraft?)A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
It is a credit card and we ar enot paying at the moment as they would not accpet anything we offered, so, with the help of this board we are dealing with a lot of them. Most are being reasonable, but there is always one or two.
I am beginnning to lose the little patience I did have with them though.
So ignoring it is an option?Sealed Pot Challenge # 1040 - Doing well
