Help payday loan

Hello.

I serious need help, I took out a loan with payday about three weeks and they still haven’t paid up, so I rang them up. They said they will put the money in tomorrow. But I no longer need the loan any more, and they are saying I can't cancel the loan. I’m getting it whether I like it or not? How can I stop the loan? Plz help

What payday loan company did you use?
Have they said why they haven't paid it to you sooner? when you chased them previously did they also say then it would be in the next day after your call?
Have you checked that nothing has been taken out your bank account?

Absolutely. CANCEL!
Write to them, email them phone them! If they still put the money in return it right away!

If you don't need, just pay it back immediately

As soon as the money hits your account give it straight back to them, you can usualy make a payment on line, if you keep it in your account for more than a day they will start charging you interest so try and pay it back on the day you get it.
