just popped in to say Happy Christmas SS, and hope 2008 brings you everything you wish for x

spud, get thinking - you can get the extra money together, just need to think outside the box!! how many mystery shops can you get for January, take the plunge with ebay, take back all his christmas presents and give him the refund money towards the trip, and live off pasta and porridge.

I've never done mystery shopping. DH works in retail, and it doesn't seem right somehow :rolleyes:

Ebay would definitely be the most lucrative, we have a house full of [strike]crapp[/strike] stuff

I reckon we will end up paying it out of the food budget, then, like you say, live off basics. I should be due some overtime mid January though, so may be ok then.

Well, DH just went to work, and as he left he said he wished we could get into ebay as we could sell loads. He didnt know I'd been talking to you lot about it :rotfl:
