My bets were done on 27th but the £25 bonus hasn't arrived yet - should I start panicking that I will 'only' have made £108 and not £133? .

Sorry, didn't read your posts re putting a halt on things, so DS has started process. Whoops, ok to ignore him (I usually do ).

auntie brenda - I did it on Sunday 26th and the £25 appeared yesterday maybe yours will arrive tomorrow.

I had to email them about my bonus and this is what they said

Thanks for your patience.

I'm pleased to confirm that the bonus has been applied to your account - please accept my apologies for the delay in doing so, I was out of the office due to unforeseen circumstances.

Normally the bonus is applied within forty eight hours, occasionally where a player qualifies at the end of the week this can mean that the claim is processed and awarded the week after. However, so long as all Terms and Conditions have been met we will always credit the bonus.

I hope you'll continue to enjoy the wide range of games we offer. If you have any further queries please don't hesitate to contact us.

I don't think I'm asking a lot here. This isn't a difficult offer. It's laid out in black and white for you.

Take one step at a time. Do not rush it. If you don't understand something, ask me before proceeding.

Also have it open when doing the process and take it step by step.

If people want me to hold their hand and do step by step with them then please just ask. I'm more than happy to if it means doing it correctly.

Just thought i would pop in and say thanks SS. The instructions are very easy to follow and what i did was print it off,read it 10 times and had it with me when i went ahead. I was not sure about something and i did PM SS and the matter was sorted. My bonus took a bit of time but it did arrive ,but,be patient it will come.

It's not been too bad the last few days. :j
