    Hi I've had a PM from SS (thankyou by the way) and it says to clear my cookies how do I do this anyone? And also do I really have to deactivate my anti virus and how does anyone know please? Useless I know :rolleyes:

    Either go to Control Panel, Internet Options, Clear cookies, or right click Internet Explorer from the Start Menu, then select Internet Options, Clear Cookies.
