What about casual sex with internet strangers?

    :p;)

Well that too, but still not as exciting as seeing debt totals go down.......:rotfl:

  • I kinda keep thinking it's daft that I'm actually kinda of mourning for someone I never met but I don't think it is daft. You get to know people more intimately on here than maybe you do in real life!

Hey SS, it's not daft at all. You're right, you do get to know people more intimately on here, and after all we laugh with them when things in their lives are funny, we cheer for them when things are going right, we feel for them when things are going wrong....so it's only natural that we mourn for them when they are no longer here....

Keep your chin up and I hope tomorrow is a brighter day for you!

    Midnight
    Debt £171000 - Current Debt £168883
    Between Oct 08 and Apr 09 Pay off £12k = £2117/£12000

Well another month is upon us. Wohoo!

Not sure how much money I've got left in my account as loads of it is in bookie accounts and cyber space right now but should have a figure by tonight when all the remaining bets settle!

    Got my Morgan Stanley payment still to come out which should be tomorrow but as of today the debts are;

    Egg (Limit - £500) 17.9% - £0
    Capital One (Limit - £3,000) 16.9% - £435.90
    Morgan Stanley (Limit - £1,915) 5.9% - £1,813.13
    American Express (Limit - £2,900) 4.9% - £2,222.86
    Barclaycard (Limit - £1,750) 4.9% - £1,487.84
    Tesco Loan 6.7% - £11,607.14
    Alliance & Leicester O/D (Limit £500) 0% - £434.88

    Total: £18,001.75

The Capital One card will be paid off this coming week! :j

I still remember transferring all £10,300 to it when I got it. At the time that was all my credit card debt. Still managed to run up thousands more! :wall: Oh well!

When it is clear though I'm gonna make full use of all the 'offers' I can do it to earna few quid before closing it though! ;)

Then I can start on the Morgan Stanley card which will be a 'nice' new challenge.

As for spending last month I did quite well. I spent £1,819.61 with £550 of that being overpayments to the debt. Still plenty of room to cutback if I try aswell.

Thats about all for now as I'm boring myself. :)

SS - please can you have look at this thread

There seem to be people just causing trouble and I'm trying to help the OP> i don't agree with some of her reasonings but its just getting nasty and I don't know what I should do or say. People are posting who I've never heard of and the OP is going to go away now and I don't know what else I can do.

Sorry to bother you, I know I'm a coward but I'm getting out of my depth and you are the one I know who could probably help.
