Hi SS,
I'm sorry about your situation at work. It's really horrible - OH is going through redundancies for what must be the tenth time in his working life. He know he's safe but one of his really good friends has gone. He's never actually been made redundant, although he came within four days of it a few years ago before the company came up with a position for him that he would accept.
DD was made redundant 18 months ago - although we managed to get her compensation cos the company did it illegally.
All I can say (sorry I've been waffling) is that we've found over the years that things have worked out for the best.
I really admire the way you've tackled your debt - I'm very sad because I have a DFW list of people who's debts I'd pay off if I won the lottery. Needless to say you are top of the list, alon with Jamesy, IA, Lenny and a few others.:o0 -
