Hi everyone,
i need to pay my phone bill with my debit card on the 3rd jan, but money won't be in my account until 5th jan when i get paid, will i still be able to make the payment on the 3rd?

Depends on your financial situation...do you have an overdraft in place...etc?
Can you ring the phone company and explain your situation and ask for a couple of days leeway?

Most payments are checked immediately so if the money isn't there and you don't have an overdraft then the payment won't be authorised.
Could you ask your phone company to take the payment on 5th or will that incur extra charges?
Or can you ask your bank to authorise a short term overdraft facility?0 -
