Earn cash from empty land.

Hello guys,

A friend has got 20 acres of land in Sussex. Greed fields with a small plot of woodland.

He's looking to make some money from the land and looking at the most effective way to make the money.

The land has a steep valley in the middle which drops down to stream. I've heard about earth disposal permits but can’t find any information about them.

Does anyone know of any such ideas? Maybe something they currently do or seen done?

Solar farm? That's totally renewable, generates money and is supported by the government. Some instances of funding been given for help with purchasing the renewable tech.

With earth disposal once the site hits its limit that's it, income ends.
