help with xbox 360 wireless connection

Hi,
Please can anyone help us.
We have Telewest wireless connection broadband and have bought the xbox 360 wireless connector.
We are having trouble connecting, so are trying to manually connect the settings.
How do i know what the 128bit wep key code is?
I have an ssid number and another number on the back of the thing plugged into the tv drive box, and also a Mac number on the back of the netgear MA101 plugged into the pc.
Tried to phone Telewest but no answer.
Can anybody offer any advise please?

If you post the make and model number or your wireless router you should get more help. Basically you need to log-in to your router and go to the wireless settings page to find the WEP key.

I expect its the Netgear MA101 adapter with the ME102 router and the SSID is on the label at the back of the router.

Yes thats the stuff we have exactly. How do i log into the router to get the required info. Just got through to Telewest twice, bloody useless! Didnt know what we were going on about. They dont issue us with the wep number!

to log into the router try routerlogin.com or 192.168.0.1

the routerlogin.com one works for my netgear
