    It might be the site having problems - it wouldn't let me sign in at first, account details not found, but after 4 attempts, I'm in. Order in production too, so here's hoping!

    so i finally got my kids to sit for a photo and now i've missed the boat :(

    Remember to log in at Jessops Photo not Jessops like I've been trying. Mines in production :) but it says 2 photos I only ordered 1.

    Hi mine says the same I think as i upoaded 2 photos to see which one would work best but only ordered 1

    In production is the first stage after ordering, despatched is the second stage so it just means your order has been placed.

    I am hopeful though, I had a free 40x60 canvas from them earlier this year and I thought the quality was brilliant :)
