Anyone here had to fill one out for their 13 week review? I am struck on using different approaches, I so far got send general emails to companies, go through the yellow page book and cold call companies and also go out with my CV in hand and go around shops and bars. Anything else I could put? Also I am struck on the last one, things I will do in the next month to help me get a job, any ideas on what I could do?

you mean for the Back To Work Session?

Try the internet sites like http://www.caterer.com for bar work or http://www.barzone.co.uk/
Try www.yell.com easier and you can find webistes listed on some company listings there
Or register your CV on Monster or Totaljobs and the like and do searches there

caterer is best for hotel work. Register and sign up for alerts, and upload your CV. Identify large banqueting hotels in your area say 3/4 star and send them speculative emails for bar work, ring up first and get name of operations manager or HR manager, and personalise your email. (and send a covering letter.email....you would be amazed how many people do not, and I have no idea why they are applying...e.g. they might live 200 miles away and dont explain why!)
