Hillhead at Kintore was good a couple of years ago; I think toilets have been upgraded, but a nice quiet site. 5 mins to Kintore for shops/chips!
I was working in the area and it's close to main road, so handy for Dyce.
Don't choose a pitch next to road, as it is a rat run early in morning.
Deeside Holiday park is further from Dyce, near to Peterculter, but easier to get to from South, and hotel/pub next door. Can be noisy in morning with "fishermen", (workers) leaving at 5am, so avoid pitches near toilet blocks.0
