PS Thanks Edna-bucket for the talk talk email address for Charles Dunstone, in July last year they promised to credit me with £15 as a goodwill gesture for all the problems I had. A couple of days ago I was clearing out my old emails and realised I had not been paid the £15. So I emailed Mr Dunstone again and within hours it was sorted.
