Sent OH to get me some newspapers for the coupons today. Newsagents did not have ANY newspapers at all today, but OH came home with 4 copies of the Times from the petrol station, which I thought showed a bit of initiative . Unfortunately, just discovered 2 of them do not have the Times 2 supplement :mad: . And by now petrol station is bound to be closed, oh bother!! Not such a good start to the year, perhaps if they repeat the coupons tomorrow I'll go and get more papers, hopefully for free .

Yes Tibbie`s Mum,they scan fine,we were in Tesco this morning and used them.Re-stocking Budweiser after last night 2 for £16,20 bottle cases,great value.

I went to 4 shops today and there were no times.All sold off can u imagine.Wow!!!!!!Just bought 2 daily mail.Some money saving atleast.......

What a great start to the new year coupon-wise!! The beauty of this forum is that it made us get up and go out searching papers before they all sold out - as we knew thay might on a bank holiday. Thank you so much to all you early posters ! Happy New Year to all !

I went to a Tesco Extra and a WHSmith today - all Times had been sold by 2pm. :eek: Luckily I managed to get a few from a Tesco Express nearby.

Times often seems to carry same voucher for a couple of days so probably worth checking Tues papers. (usually Esquire voucher in for more than 1 day)
