Mortgage Express Settlement Charges

Hi
Does anyone know if (the now defunct) Mortgage Express are currently waiving any of their charges for paying off and closing a mortgage account?
I'd heard that they were keen to clear their mortgage book and were offering incentives to those paying off their mortgages.
My original paperwork shows a settlement fee of £175 and deads release fee of £60 - it would be good if I can get these reduced.

Best thing to do is phone them up, cant see them waiving the deeds release fee, however worth a tryI am a Mortgage Advisor.
