There was a post on grabbit before christmas about these websites offering a selection of games for half price. Under £10 including delivery. I did add to that thread but it was quite long and I am hoping to alert other shoppers to a possible problem. My order was placed on the 12th DEc and my account debited on the 19th (I think it was those dates) anyway, I had to check my bank online as I had unexpectedly gone slightly overdrawn. vsmile had debited my account AGAIN on 27thDec.
I logged on to the website and there is a message on the contact us page that says they are closed from Dec 23rd -Jan 2nd so I have emailed them. Strange that they are closed yet can withdraw money from my account...
Anyway when I added it to the long thread before, another moneysaver checked his statement and discovered he to had been debited twice.
Worth checking if you ordered!

I was the OP of that thread. Its happened to me too. This happened to me once in Wilkonsons. Can happen if there is a fault in their system and they have to re-run transactions. They were processing refunds asap once i had realised. Will be phoning Vtech in the morning to see whats going on.0

Just phoned the bank. This took my 2nd account (child benefit!) £2.42 overdrawn. I was immediately charged £35 for the priviledge of them paying vtech a payment I did not authorise and a further £28 will be taken in 4 weeks for my audacity in going overdrawn without their consent.
You could argue I was a little close to the limit (£30), but this account is rarely used and has never ever gone overdrawn.
So my bargain half price games have now cost an extra £63, as I am sure vtech will not pay my charges.:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0 -
This is not showing on their system as being taken, they have no record of the second debit, so I have had to email my bank statement...:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0
