  • You should be congratulated on finding a CS desk covered by staff at that time of day, l know my local store they don't.

I'm lucky the Security Guard does my local DTD or any other Voucher transactions :)

Went to my mr T this morning in Guildford and they have MCLELLANDS SERIOUSLY STRONG CHEDDER on offer on the tesco web site its states, B1G2F.http://www.tesco.com/groceries/SpecialOffers/SpecialOfferDetail/Default.aspx?promoId=A11024313

However I was charged full price £25.74 for 6 blocks of cheese.
Off to customer services I went and with DD I was given £34.32, although a little encouragement was needed, pointing at their policy and reluctently he gave in.:D
    Cheese is £4.29 each B1G2F
    total should have been £8.58
    total charged £25.74
    Overcharged by £17.16
    DD £34.32 = x2 £17.16

    Good luck............ I love DD:T

I stopped in during work time, hence the 5am purchase..
They had not put the labels out , however had to quote them from their website to say it was B1G2F.......They looked and said ouch.... Handing me over the 34.32...
I wonder when certain stores update their systems to reflect the price difference.
At my home store at 8am it did not work, however it was still B1G2F....
