54 packets of huggies/pampers wipes for less than £31

i just got an emailed from them (i ordered 54 packs) they have sent me out 4 packs as a good will gesture, i suppose its better then nothing

Thank you for pointing out the different size of packs. I wouldnt have noticed otherwise. I called up yesterday about it and I am getting sent 3 4packs of wipes!!:beer: 2 packs to make up the shortfall and 1 pack as a goodwill gesture!!! Thats 12 packs of wipes when I was only expecting 7!!!:j

Its funny how everyone seems to be getting different amounts of wipes sent out to make up the difference. I would suggest calling rather than emailing and pointing out that the shortfall equates to almost 7 packs of 56 wipes.

I used the contact link on the website to enquire about the discrepancy, as personally I tend to get a bit flustered when complaining on the phone and can make sure I've got my point across in writing. It seems to have done the trick though. Got email reply back saying they're out of stock of the 9x56 but that they'd sent out some different sized packs. When I got the dispatch email it was for 4 packs of 4x56, that'll be 70 packs in total - OH thinks i'm mad!!

i didn't buy pampers so mine are ok, but i have to see altho it's a pain for you all mothercare have been fab sorting it out for you all

i ordered 6 boxes of huggies wetwipes (delivered to me)
and 6 packs of nappies (delivered to my dad as you cant use the codes twice)

the wetwipes arrived quickly but mothercare cancelled my nappy order yesterday!!! :mad:

i'm waiting for a call back as i phoned to complain yesterday but the computer system crashed

I had my order cancelled too, ordered 72 packs of the johnsons wipes for 36.57 delivered, desperate for wipes as well so have to have another hunt around for a good price

they are honouring the price for 3 big packs instead of the 6 packs that are now out of stock (after 20mins on the phone of faffing to get the price back down)

306 pampers nappies for £24.96 delivered!!!

i've only ever seen single packs in poundland, i just checked online and it says £1 for 63 pack so i'd say it's store specific but if you can find it thats a fab deal

My order for the johnsons wipes was cancelled as well but they have some pampers ones still so I ordered them. A few quid more and a few less wipes per pack but still a good deal.
