I took out a mobile dongle with three mobile. it worked for the first few days then failed to work. I rang three who told me it would improve. after 2 weeks of trying and telphoning three mobile daily i decided to ring ofcom who told me to return the dongle back to three. three then send the dongle back to me. ofcom advised my again to send it back to three who then decided they were going to keep it this time. anyway t cut a long storey short i havenow beeb in contact with LOWELL FINANCE who have bought the debst of three i have told them about the problem and sent them a letter which has been posted on an other three stating that i dont not achbolodge such debt with loweel finance. they have returned and said AS SOON AS YOU PUT A CHIP INTO A PHONE/DONGLE YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT SO YOUR LIABLE. My argueemnet has always been if your deprevided of the fundamentals on the contract ie in my case coverage, equipment not working your in your rights to cancel. This has been goung on since dec 2009
any advise were i stand.

im not too good at this, but didnt want to not reply! I assume a contract stands when both sides have done what they agreed to. When 3's product failed, their contract would surely have been void?!
I hope someone comes along with the right advice soon. Good luck!0
