how do you use so much fuel, even commercial I only just about use that amount a month
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    Are you joking?

I'm commercial and use £1040 per month.

What's £45 per week on fuel these days - gets you bloody nowhere.

    Kitty,

If you go BR - ALL debts are taken into the bankruptcy and that would include the landlord.

    Hiya,

    No problem.

It's not something I would normally advise, but I do think you are a case where BR may well be the most sensible route.

If you want to know more, or the consequences of this action, you can ask on the BR board on here - they are a good lot and can advise you on what to expect.

Good luck in whatever you decide and keep in touch with us...;)

Hi - I think you really need to speak to one of the debt charities and fo through all the options.
Try CCCS or National Debtline or your local CAB.
Oh and if bankruptcy is something you're thinking of you could try the bankruptcy board on here as I'm sure they'll help.
    Best of Luck

What are your current repayments for each of your debts? - Can you send token payments to some of them for a month so that you can clear others? If you are only £31 short can you charge your dad rent? - If he can pay £50 you can put that towards the smaller debts to clear them. Can he childmind while you are at work? - that could save £100 per month if he minds the kids one day per week....
