Hi everyone, i've suffered from eczema all my life but have had pretty bad flare up for past 7/8 months and i'm fed up of going to doctors to be constantly fobbed off with steroid creams and moisturisers. I have been referred to a dermatologist and was told it would take up to yr to see one on NHS (im in belfast) so i payed to go private. At time it was just on my face and again i was given steroids.
I would love to get to the bottom of it, i've gone for food allergy testing at framar health (not sure how accurate it is) and i eliminated everything they told me too without much success. I have kept diaries to try and pin point what might cause a flare up also without much success. I cant say its particularly related to stress because it also flares at non stressful times.
I would be interested in trying to see if this can be rectified from inside out by use of homeopath or chinese medicine and i was wondering if anyone could recommend someone who could possibly help. At this stage i will try anything!
