Lloyds TSB / C&G Mortgages
Does anyone have a mortgage with them and if so do they take into account any benefits you receive? Ie child benefit / tax credits / disabilities benefits

    We got a mortgage with them recently, and they did not include child benefit in the affordibility calculations. But this might be because we're self-employed, and they might include them in other circumstances.
    ...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.
