Just out of curiousity I have put the wrong email on my details so have the printed order confirmation but it says that you need to take the Order acknowledgement email with you to collect. Does anyone know if I'll be alright just taking the printed order confirmation and not the email as I can't get that:o

My store has a big poster up stating you must have the email and photo id or no collection they sent me home last week to get the photo id credit card was not enough :mad:

Nikki, as long as you have the order number and photo id it should be fine - I regularly do this at my Sainsburys, and just say my printer's not working if they ask for it. It's the ID thing they are bothered about.

I managed to get one. Mum, if you're reading this thread I know I said I wouldn't buy any more but it's a bargain!!!!

Unfortunately they don't deliver to store in Belfast so paid the postage as it's still a great price.
